Huddle Horizon ("we", "us") makes software and websites for businesses that run classes, camps and programs. This page explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. Questions: hello@huddlehorizon.com.

What we collect on this website

How we use it

To reply to you, set up a demo, send a quote or agreement you asked for, provide and support our services, and improve this website. We email you about Huddle Horizon only; you can ask us to stop at any time.

Our clients' portals

Businesses that subscribe to the Huddle Horizon Portal store information about their staff, students and families in their own private portal. That information belongs to the business. We host it and use it only to provide the service to that business, keep each business's data separate, and never sell it. If you are a parent, student or staff member of one of our clients, please contact that business first about your information; we will help them answer you.

Children

This website is meant for business owners and is not directed to children. Our clients may record children's names, grades and attendance in their portal to run their programs; they are responsible for having permission from parents to do so. We don't use that information for anything except running the client's portal.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, under their own privacy and security terms: website and portal hosting (Vercel, Supabase), payments (Stripe, which handles card details; we never see full card numbers), our domain and email (Cloudflare) and email. We may share information if the law requires it. We never sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Demo requests and emails: as long as needed to follow up, then deleted on request. Client portal data: for as long as the client subscribes; when a client leaves we send them an export of their data and delete it from the portal afterwards.

Security

Every client portal has its own private database with row-level security and daily backups, and connections are encrypted. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will tell affected clients promptly if something goes wrong.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it, by emailing hello@huddlehorizon.com. We'll answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also be emailed to our clients.
