Terms and Refund Policy
These terms cover this website and buying from Huddle Horizon ("we", "us"). Each client also signs a short agreement when they sign up, and that agreement controls if it says something different. Questions: hello@huddlehorizon.com.
What we sell
- Huddle Horizon Portal: a hosted manager portal and coach app, sold as a monthly or yearly subscription plus a one-time setup fee. You get access to the service while your subscription is active; you don't buy the software itself.
- Website Refresh: a one-time redesign of your current website, with no monthly fee. Once paid, the finished site is yours.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown on this website and in your written quote. Payments are made by card through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Monthly portal prices follow the number of active coaches, counted automatically. We may change prices with 30 days' notice.
Cancelling
Monthly portal plans can be cancelled any time with 30 days' notice; access continues to the end of the period you've paid for. When you leave, we send you a full export of your data.
Refunds
- Portal setup fee: not refundable once setup work has started. If you cancel before we start, we refund it in full.
- Monthly subscription: not refunded for the current period; cancelling stops future charges.
- Yearly subscription: refundable in full within the first 30 days; no refunds after that.
- Website Refresh: not refundable once work has started. If we can't deliver the first version, we refund it in full.
To ask for a refund, email hello@huddlehorizon.com with your company name. Approved refunds go back to the original card, usually within 5–10 business days.
Using this website and the demos
You may use this website and the live demo to evaluate Huddle Horizon. Please don't copy, resell or reverse engineer the website, the demo or the software, or use them to build a competing product. Sample companies, people and numbers in the demo are made up.
Limits
The website and demo are provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the previous 12 months. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
